AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and an understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar frameworks.
• Build and integrate Generative AI/LLM solutions where applicable.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics based on project requirements.
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models into applications and production systems.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed.
• Monitor deployed models and improve them based on performance and business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, experiment tracking, and model development workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python .
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and visualization libraries.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch .
• Knowledge of SQL and working with databases.
• Understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker , and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ML pipelines, MLOps, and model versioning is an advantage.

Generative AI Skills

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases .
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex , or similar tools.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents is a plus.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models is desirable.

Education & Experience

• Master's OR Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering , or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
