AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

• We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team
• Passion for Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and solving real-world problems at scale

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business applications
• Collect, preprocess, clean, and perform feature engineering on datasets
• Implement, train, and fine-tune ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Teams to integrate ML solutions into production
• Conduct experiments, evaluate results, and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning use cases
• Apply GenAI and AI Agent-based solutions (added advantage)
• Understand and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture (added advantage)
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and probability
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML workflows and model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
