AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer with hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI to design and develop intelligent solutions for real-world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into business applications and internal products.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for text generation, summarization, classification, extraction, and conversational AI.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using company documents, databases, and knowledge bases.
• Develop AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and multi-step automation.
• Design AI-powered business automation agents for use cases such as:
• Lead generation
• Client/customer handling
• Sales follow-ups
• Customer support
• Report generation
• CRM/ERP automation
• Document processing
• Workflow automation
• Work with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop and integrate APIs for AI models and services.
• Experiment with different LLM and AI frameworks and select suitable technologies based on project requirements.
• Build prototypes/POCs and convert successful concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate AI model performance, response quality, latency, and reliability.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and AI safety practices.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, UI/UX, and business teams to integrate AI features into applications.
• Debug, optimize, test, and document AI workflows.

Scalabox Technologies is looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, and Agentic AI. The candidate will work on developing AI-powered business automation solutions including CRM/ERP assistants, lead-generation agents, customer-support agents, document intelligence, and workflow automation.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
