About the Role

Acadeno Technologies is looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing technology team.

As an AI-driven technology and training organization, we are looking for someone interested in developing intelligent applications, implementing machine learning solutions, and exploring the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Python programming, and AI-powered development tools, along with a willingness to share knowledge through technical training sessions and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI and Machine Learning models for real-world applications.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets to support model development.
• Experiment with different algorithms, evaluate model performance, and optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Explore and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI APIs, and prompt engineering techniques into applications.
• Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, automation tools, and intelligent systems.
• Integrate AI/ML models with web applications, APIs, and other software solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to build innovative, scalable, and practical AI solutions.
• Conduct AI/ML training sessions, workshops, and technical demonstrations at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.
• Mentor students through hands-on projects, practical assignments, and technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or relevant projects.
• Strong programming knowledge in Python.
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Basic knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and application integration.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and modern AI workflows.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspiring developers.
• Willingness to conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional growth.
