AI/ML Engineer

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for specific domains
• Design and implement vector database solutions for semantic search
• Collaborate with clients to understand AI requirements and propose solutions
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
