Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, document intelligence, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop LLM-based applications using AWS Bedrock and other model APIs.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, OpenSearch, and semantic search.
• Develop AI agents for document analysis, information extraction, and complex workflows.
• Improve AI accuracy, response latency, and inference costs.
• Build automated evaluation frameworks and regression test suites.
• Implement AI guardrails, prompt injection protection, and secure AI workflows.
• Integrate AI services with backend APIs and AWS infrastructure.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector search.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch.
• Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and Docker.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, optimization, and LLM security.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Amazon Textract, Langfuse, and production AI deployments on AWS.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
