Essential Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/ML.
- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI solutions.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
- Experience developing Chatbots / Conversational AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI Agents and agent-based AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Cloud AI/ML platform experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
