About Corvids Lab

Corvids Lab is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent client-facing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions and the confidence to communicate directly with US-based clients, understand business requirements, lead technical discussions, and present solutions professionally.

This role is ideal for an engineer who can bridge the gap between AI/ML engineering and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
• Build and maintain machine learning models, AI-powered applications, and data-driven systems.
• Understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery calls, client meetings, and solution discussions with US-based clients.
• Explain complex AI/ML concepts in clear, business-friendly English.
• Present technical approaches, project plans, architecture, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical team members.
• Support technical interviews, project discussions, and client acquisition activities where required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning, deep learning, and AI application development.
• Practical experience with frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and relevant AI/LLM technologies.
• Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
• At least 2–3 years of substantial experience communicating directly with US-based clients.
• Proven experience handling client meetings, technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation, professional fluency, and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US-based companies, clients, or consulting teams.
• Experience in software services, staff augmentation, IT consulting, or outsourcing.
• Experience leading client discovery calls and technical solution discussions.
• Experience with cloud AI services, LLM integrations, RAG systems, and production AI deployments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary budget: PKR 400,000–800,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
