Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI/ML Specialist with strong experience in testing AI and data-driven systems. This role focuses on validating, breaking, and improving AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and responsible use in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Test and validate AI/ML models across NLP, recommendation systems, and fraud detection
• Assess model accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance
• Perform data validation, model testing, and drift detection
• Design and execute automated test cases for ML pipelines
• Integrate AI/ML testing into CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to improve model quality
• Document findings and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems and model testing
• Strong understanding of NLP, recommendation engines, and fraud models
• Hands-on with Python and testing frameworks like PyTest
• Experience using MLflow and TensorFlow Model Analysis
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
