Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong AI/ML Trainer with 0–2 years of experience to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Agents.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals, practical project experience, and excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions on AI, ML, GenAI, and AI Agents.
• Explain technical concepts from beginner to intermediate level through hands-on demonstrations.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Guide students in developing real-time AI/ML and GenAI projects.
• Train students in building AI Agents and agent-based applications.
• Provide technical support and debugging assistance during projects.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, coding exercises, assessments, and projects.
• Mentor students in developing industry-relevant technical skills and portfolios.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI technologies.
• Maintain student progress, attendance, assessment records, and feedback.

Technical Skills

• Python – Strong programming fundamentals
• Machine Learning – Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Model Evaluation
• Deep Learning – ANN, CNN, RNN/LSTM basics
• Data Science – NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Generative AI – LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings & Vector Databases
• Agentic AI – AI Agents, Agent Workflows, Tool Calling & Function Calling
• AI Agent Frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI / AutoGen
• GenAI APIs – OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face
• NLP – Basic understanding of NLP and LLM applications
• Tools – Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, VS Code, Git/GitHub
• Database – Basic SQL / MySQL

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• Ability to develop and demonstrate practical AI/ML projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech – CSE / IT / AI & ML / Data Science / ECE or related fields.
• MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / Data Science / AI & ML can also be considered.

Experience

0–2 Years

Freshers with strong technical knowledge, relevant projects, internships, certifications, and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
