Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver data science and analytics courses, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based sessions for learners at varying skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, explaining core concepts in statistics, machine learning, and data engineering, and guiding learners through coding exercises and real-world case studies. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. The trainer will also collaborate with the academic team to update curricula, integrate industry trends, and support career advancement activities such as mentoring, interview preparation, and portfolio review.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Science Education with subject-matter expertise in Physics and Mathematics, enabling clear explanation of quantitative concepts.
• Experience as a Qualified Teacher, including lesson planning and classroom or training delivery in technical or STEM subjects.
• Proficiency in core data science topics such as statistics, machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and basic data engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with common data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Ability to design structured, outcome-focused curricula and translate complex topics into accessible, practical learning modules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Prior experience in corporate training, academic teaching, or mentoring in data science or analytics is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment and openness to continuous learning to keep pace with evolving data technologies.
