Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities for each new guest arrival
• Inspect the property for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution
• Manage scheduling to ensure timely turnovers between guest stays and coordinate with property owners or management teams
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment at all times
• Document cleaning activities and communicate any special requests or concerns from guests or property owners

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality services is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and property owners
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is a plus
• Reliable transportation to access multiple properties as needed
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
