Location - Leicester About The Company CMSL t/a Phosters are a fast-paced dynamic facilities maintenance company who operates nationwide, providing nearly 30,000 service visits to properties and sites across the United Kingdom. We provide a comprehensive facilities maintenance service to meet the diverse needs of our clients, through our dedicated team of professionals.

About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf the business. This vacancy is a full time position.

This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client’s sites across a variety of industries.

Skills And Experience Required Essential qualifications:

• F Gas 2079
• 18th Edition an advantage but not essential
• IOSH/health & safety training also an advantage

Desirable:

• AHU's Trend, Daiken ( Reznor awareness )
• Chillers
• AC cassette
• BMS systems
• PPMs
• Basic electrics
• Basic plumbing
