Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems, ensuring that all equipment is diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their air conditioning needs.

Skills

• Proficient in building and repairing various types of air conditioning equipment.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide junior technicians or apprentices when necessary.
• Excellent understanding of schematics related to air conditioning systems.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Service checker tool experience.
• Capability to maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
