$28–$35/hour + Performance Bonuses | $100K+ Earning Potential

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is confident diagnosing systems, working with homeowners, and presenting repair and replacement solutions.

Compensation

$28–$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Technicians can earn additional performance bonuses on service calls. Performance bonus opportunities vary based on experience and qualifications.

With a full-time schedule and our performance-based compensation structure, experienced technicians have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.

Optional Weekend Opportunities

Technicians may have the opportunity to take additional weekend service calls with enhanced bonus opportunities.

Weekend work is optional and based on available service demand.

The Job

• Run residential HVAC service calls
• Handle select commercial service calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Perform repairs and service
• Identify repair, replacement, and maintenance opportunities
• Present solutions and recommend appropriate services
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Document service calls and communicate with dispatch

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong residential HVAC service experience
• Experience handling commercial service calls
• Proven experience upselling repairs, replacements, or maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable presenting solutions to homeowners
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
