Air-Conditioning Technician/Installer

Air Conditioning & Electrical Tas is seeking an Air-Conditioning Technician/Installer to join our team!

About the role

As an Air-Conditioning Technician/Installer, you'll deliver mechanical services across new installations, upgrades and service works, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

·        Installing, modifying, and testing mechanical equipment and ventilation systems

·        Condensate drainage, pump, and tundish installations

·        Pipework and ductwork connections for fan coil units

·        Gas pipework and appliance connections where licensed

·        Pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning assistance

·        Completing compliance certificates and site documentation

·        Maintaining safe work practices incl. SWMS compliance and inductions.

·        This role also comes with FIFO work to mine sites.

What we're looking for

·        Full Australian working rights essential

·        Current RACO1 OR RSS03 Licence essential

·        Min. 3 years post-licence HVAC mechanical services experience essential

·        Construction Induction Card (White Card) essential

·        Current Tasmanian driver's licence essential

·        Confident with mechanical drawings and safety-focused on site

·        EWP tickets highly regarded.
