Air Duct Technician

Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic professional to join our growing Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and building great relationships with customers. What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning is required

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients
• Work independently or alongside a team partner to complete jobs efficiently
• Support Lead Cleaning & Mitigation Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Learn company systems and techniques with opportunities to grow into a leadership role
• Educate customers about additional services and solutions available through BBS
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Prepare workspaces by moving furniture and following proper safety procedures
• Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols on every job site
• Provide outstanding customer experiences from start to finish

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Saturday
• Weekend availability may be needed
