Air Export Agent

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
• Positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and calmly handle quickly changing priorities under tight deadlines
• Great attention to details
• Air Export experience with previous for one year
• Basic knowledge of incoterms and TSA rule of Air cargo.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills with overseas and customers.
• Great computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
• Overtime may be needed on Thu and Fri and before holiday.
• Team work required with Warehouse Stuff and Air Export department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide departmental support in the Air Export department.
• Performing work according to operating procedures
• Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term
• Ensure department follows company policies and procedures and applicable government regulations
• Review workflows and procedures and provide feedback to maintain a high quality of service
• Documents, records and reports all discrepancies to include missed deadlines
• Ensure daily operation is met
• Maintain direct contact with customers/ subcontractors and or departments
• Work professionally and effectively with operations staff to achieve target goals.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with management, peers and co-workers.
• Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct Manager and co-worker.

Working Time:

9:00 – 17:30(Mon – Thu)

10:00 – 18:30(Fri)

8:00 – 12:00(Sat)*

*Saturday workings may require in case of peak season

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
