Air Export Coordinator [EL]

Air Export Operations

Manage daily air export shipment arrangements, ensuring timely coordination from booking through cargo acceptance and departure.

Coordinate cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling with relevant service providers.

Ensure shipping documents, including MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists and export permits where applicable, are accurate and complete.

Work closely with airlines, ground handlers, transport companies, customers and overseas offices to facilitate efficient shipment execution.

Track shipment milestones and follow up on potential delays to ensure departures meet customer requirements.

Investigate shipment discrepancies and operational disruptions, coordinating corrective actions and keeping customers informed.

Customer Service

Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries about shipment schedules, documentation requirements and cargo status.

Monitor service performance against agreed customer requirements and KPIs.

Maintain effective working relationships with customers and logistics partners.

Support other operational and customer service activities as reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
