What they need
Air Export Executive - Operations
Freight Forwarding Industry
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily air freight operations with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams.
- Assist with airline bookings and follow up on shipment arrangements.
- Monitor shipment orders and prepare the required export documents.
- Prepare HAWB, MAWB, manifests and pre-alerts for destination offices or agents.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with quotations and shipment-related requests.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and internal teams to follow up on shipment matters.
- Assist with job costing, vendor invoice checking and customer billing.
- Maintain accurate shipment records by scanning and filing documents in the system.
Requirements
Relevant experience in logistics or shipping, with exposure to air export operations.
Willing to learn, Training is Provided
Good knowledge of air export operations and documentation processes.
