Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Air Export to support air export operations, documentation, customer coordination, and shipment handling. The candidate should have basic knowledge of air freight processes and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air export shipments from booking to departure.
• Prepare MAWB, HAWB, shipping bills, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, CHA, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely documentation and movement.
• Assist with AMS / Advance Manifest filings.
• Coordinate with customers and provide shipment updates.
• Assist with air freight quotations and rate coordination.
• Prepare and maintain DSRs and shipment records.
• Ensure compliance with airline and customs procedures.

Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments.
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
• Basic knowledge of MAWB, HAWB, AMS, and export documentation.
• Basic understanding of airline procedures and airport handling.
