Air Export Operator

About the Role

[Job Summary]

• Contact with Customer to give a service in exporting shipment

• Made a booking space with airline

• Prepare export document to concerning party etc: customs broker, consolidation, airlines

• Issue invoice to overseas & Local company

• Coordinate with concerning party in export department and other department and subcontract company and customs.

[Key Responsibilities]

1) Contact with local customer / overseas Bollore/ overseas agent

• Follow up customer once receive the order from sale dept. or oversea agent to provide shipment detail and shipping detail to process exporting shipment

• Keep flight information to customer

• Preparing special document for exporting the goods for stamp and signed by shipper

• Contact with overseas Bollore/ agent in case

• Follow up SOP

• Inform local customer/ Overseas about irregular case such as delay, damage

• Issuing application form regarding new supplier (airlines)

2) Issuing invoice for local Customer or overseas customer.

• Response for issue billing debit or credit note for overseas from Operation system to enclosed with other shipping document

• Response for issue billing debit note & tax invoice to local customer in the fastest as per company`s policy.

• Checking uncollected amount from shippers

• Collect tax invoice from suppliers

• Check credit term & credit limit of local customer / overseas agent

• Create job file and issue HAWB for customer, shipping for customs clearance,

• Consolidation, loader from Operation system.

[Qualification and Experience]

• Working as a freight forwarder for at least 3 years or in related field.
