Air Freight Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage international airfreight operations for import and export shipments.
• Manage airfreight rates, quotations, bidding, and tender projects.
• Control airfreight costs, cargo space, and operational expenses.
• Manage departmental budget, P&L, objectives, and KPIs.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the airfreight team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas offices, agents, and internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in international airfreight operations, covering both import and export.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight operations, pricing, quotations, and cost control.
• Good English communication and computer skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
