Coordinate end-to-end air import & export shipments
Handle shipment documentation- AWB/commercial invoices/packing lists/customs-related documents
Coordinate with airlines/customers/CHA/customs brokers/transporters
Monitor shipment status & delays
Required Candidate profile
2-5 years of hands-on experience in both Import & Export air shipments
Experience of handling shipment delays/documentation discrepancies/operational issues/customer queries
Good communication skill
