Air Freight Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Air Export shipments from booking to final departure.
• Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for customs clearance.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and monitor flight schedules.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and overseas agents.
• Ensure timely execution of shipments while meeting customer timelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Operations with a Freight Forwarding company (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with airline booking processes and shipment coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Graduation in any discipline.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with Freight Forwarding industry experience only.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
