Air Import Customer Service ( Console)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients to understand their air cargo requirements and provide solutions.
• Book space on flights, negotiate rates, and manage shipments from origin to destination.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring flight schedules and tracking shipments.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during transit, such as delays or damages.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of air imports, air freight, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
