Air Import Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage air import operations from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to clear customs and obtain necessary documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and provide updates to customers on the progress of their shipments.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.

Job Requirements :

• 12-16 years of experience in air cargo industry or related field (e.g., freight forwarding).
• Strong knowledge of air imports regulations, laws, and procedures.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations involving multiple stakeholders.
