Air Import Operation Assistant

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with import airfreight shipments, including tracking and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, freight forwarders and other service providers on shipment matters.
• Assist with preparing Air Waybills (AWBs), invoices, Delivery Orders (D/O), permits and other shipping documents. Training will be provided.
• Update shipment details, inventory records and internal systems accurately.
• Follow up on shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal/external teams.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualification withprevious experience in airfreight or logistics is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience but with an interest in freight forwarding and logistics are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
• Comfortable handling administrative duties and shipping documentation
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters independently
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team
