Air Operation Clerk

About the role

This full-time role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination, documentation, and operational execution within our Freight/Cargo Forwarding business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily freight forwarding operations, including air freight booking, documentation preparation, and customs declaration procedures

• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders, and local warehouse/trucking vendors to ensure smooth cargo delivery and shipment tracking

• Input operational data accurately into the internal logistics system and assist in maintaining key performance records

• Address customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses, shipping schedules, and documentation requirements in a timely manner

• Adhere strictly to industry compliance regulations and standard internal operational workflows

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in freight/cargo forwarding or logistics operations (fresh graduates with relevant background are also welcome)
• Basic understanding of air freight operational processes, shipping documents (E-AWB, Coload-form), and customs procedures
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight schedules
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English, with functional proficiency in Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and comfortable using logistics management systems
