Air Operation Manager (ประจำสุวรรณภูมิ)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day Air Export and Air Import operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise, guide, and support the operations team to ensure timely and correct processing of shipments.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, export/import procedures, and related documentation requirements.
• Prepare and provide accurate operational and business reports, as well as regular updates to management.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues efficiently, even under pressure.
• Foster a positive, productive, and professional working environment while developing team performance.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in Air Export / Import operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and export/import processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business reporting skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
