Air Ticketing Staff

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and issuance.
• Provide flight schedules, fares, availability, and routing options to customers.
• Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel airline tickets according to airline policies.
• Handle ticket changes, date changes, no-shows, and rebooking.
• Make reservations through GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve passenger queries.
• Prepare quotations and recommend suitable travel options based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets, refunds, and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments when required.
• Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, baggage allowances, and travel regulations.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air ticketing/reservations.

• Good communication and customer-dealing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in a travel agency or IATA-accredited agency will be preferred.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
