Airbnb Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple short-stay properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking through check-out.
• Optimise occupancy and revenue by managing listings, pricing strategies, booking calendars, and performance across Airbnb and other online travel platforms.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections to ensure all units consistently meet cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
• Handle guest enquiries, reservations, reviews, and issue resolution professionally while maintaining high guest satisfaction and positive online ratings.
• Monitor operational performance, revenue, and expenses while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Airbnb, serviced apartment, hotel, or short-term rental operations.
• Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or other OTA platforms, including pricing and occupancy management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations, housekeeping coordination, and revenue optimisation. Knowledge of the Kuala Lumpur short-stay market is an added advantage.
