Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Assistant

Pay: $15.00/hour after successful completion of paid training

Training Pay: $12.00/hour

Job Type: Part-time; variable hours

Schedule: Primarily weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Hours vary based on Airbnb booking schedules.

Please note: This is not a daily job, and daily assignments or a set number of weekly hours are not guaranteed. Your workload will depend on available bookings, your availability, and your willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area. Team members with broader availability and travel flexibility may have access to more assignments.

Sapphire Shine Cleaning Co. is a growing professional cleaning company specializing in Airbnb turnovers, residential homes, and commercial cleaning throughout the Atlanta metro area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

No professional cleaning experience? No problem. We provide paid, hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Clean Airbnb properties between guest stays
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all living areas
• Clean kitchens and bathrooms
• Make beds and stage homes for incoming guests
• Restock guest amenities
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Work efficiently as part of a small team
• Report any maintenance concerns to the Lead Cleaner

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to travel to assignments within your agreed service area
• Availability for a variable schedule based on booking demand
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Smartphone for communication
