Aircon Technician

Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Technician:

·       Collaborate with the Lead Technician in carrying out air conditioning installations, repairs and maintenance tasks.

·       Follow instructions and guidance provided by the Lead Technician to ensure efficient and accurate completion of work.

·       Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during projects.

Implement Company Standards:

·       Ensure the implementation of the company standards on-site with the team.

·       Adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specififcations during installations and maintenance activities.

·       Seek clarification from the Lead Technician or Technical Supervisor regarding any standards or procedures that are unclear.

Documentation and Reporting:

·       Prepare installation and maintenance documentation, including reports, checklists, and service records.

·       Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used and materials consumed.

·       Submit documentation and reports to both the Technical Supervisor  and Lead Technician in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• At least College Undergraduate or Graduate of Vocational Education / TESDA
• NCI or NCII in HVAC is an advantage
• With experience in AC troubleshooting, cleaning, installation, and repair.
• With experience in documentation and reporting
• Willing to work extended hours
• Willing to do field work
