What they need
About you
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC / air-conditioning servicing, repair, installation and troubleshooting
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Able to guide and lead new technicians
- GDL licence and experience with VRV systems will be an advantage
Key responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, repair and replace different types and brands of HVAC / air-conditioning systems
- Perform general air-conditioning servicing and gas top-up
- Conduct testing and diagnose defects or malfunctions
- Carry out repair and replacement works
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to Company SOP
- Maintain and take care of Company tools and equipment
- Work independently while maintaining good teamwork
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
