What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Set up new air conditioning units, split systems, and ventilation equipment following manufacturer instructions and safety codes.
- Diagnostics: Inspect systems and use testing tools (multimeters, pressure gauges) to find electrical or mechanical faults.
- Maintenance: Clean filters, wash coils, clear drain lines, and check refrigerant levels to prevent breakdowns.
- Repairs: Replace broken parts, fix wiring, repair leaks, and recharge refrigerant gas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training or certifications (such as a local TESDA course in RAC servicing).
- Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience handling mechanical and electrical cooling systems
