Aircon Technician

Job Summary

The Aircon Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning units and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to service needs promptly.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational course related to HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical
• With 1–2 years experience as an Aircon Technician
• Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning units (window-type, split-type, inverter, and industrial units)
• Familiar with electrical wiring and troubleshooting
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• With TESDA certification (NC II in RAC Servicing) is an advantage
• With valid driver’s license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning units
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure proper functioning and efficiency of all aircon units
• Respond to service calls and troubleshooting requests
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Submit service and maintenance reports
