What they need
- Install, maintain, and repair air-conditioning units and systems.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of AC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Clean filters, coils, condensers, and other AC components.
- Check refrigerant levels and perform refrigerant charging when needed.
- Perform electrical testing and ensure proper wiring connections.
- Replace defective parts and components as necessary.
- Ensure AC units operate efficiently, safely, and properly.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Prepare service reports and document maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and client requirements.
