Machine Maintenance and Improvement

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment, and facilities-related assets to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. This includes lubricating, adjusting, and cleaning parts to prevent future malfunctions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, electrical issues, and mechanical breakdowns. Perform repairs by replacing or repairing faulty components such as motors, sensors, cutting blades, electrical valves, and pneumatic systems. Design and implement modifications to existing equipment, including the fabrication of parts and fixtures to meet production needs or enhance machine performance.
• Oversee the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery or equipment, ensuring smooth integration into the production process, and conducting thorough testing to verify performance standards.
• Continuously monitor machine performance, including vacuum pressure, electrical valves, and system checks, to ensure equipment operates within specified standards.
• Manage machine water systems by refilling and degassing as needed to ensure proper functioning and avoid downtime due to system failures.
• Ensure timely and accurate replacement of helium tanks used in machines, keeping production running without interruptions.
• Rework products or machinery components that are malfunctioning or not meeting specifications, including welding parts or repairing damaged structures.

Line Support and Sustenance

• Provide technical support such welding works of defective machine JIG equipment to address equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that machines are operating at full capacity.
• Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently, remain hygienic, and meet safety requirements. This includes cleaning consumables, parts, and machinery components that require regular attention.
• Check the Welding tools and equipment regularly..
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and consumables used in maintenance and machine operations.
• Regularly monitor and check Argon gas supplies and other materials for welding works.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and machines comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Enforce safe work practices and assist with the identification of hazards in the workplace to prevent accidents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment by implementing and sustaining the 55 methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Ensure that all tools, equipment, and areas are clean, organized, and accessible for safe operation.

Reporting, Documentation, and Safety Compliance

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, detailing activities performed, machine performance issues, repairs,modifications, and any downtime experienced. Document all maintenance activities, including corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment improvements.
• Create and maintain a log of all machine malfunctions, repairs, and actions taken. This includes keeping track of recurring issues and recommending solutions to avoid future breakdowns.
• Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, internal safety policies, and operational protocols. Implement corrective actions if safety standards are not met. Keep up-to-date with safety training and participate in safety audits and inspections.

Other Related Tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Facilities and Maintenance team and ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with special projects or initiatives related to Facilities and Maintenance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Technical or any vocational course (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning).
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in HVAC system.
• Knowledgeable in Airconditioning works such as Troubleshooting and installation.
• Knowledgeable in MCC control panel.
• With NCII certificate in Ref and Aircon course.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical troubleshooting.
• With basic knowledge at VRF, VRV, Modular Chiller and Cooling tower System.
• Experience with safety compliance and hazard management, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment during maintenance tasks.
• Proven track record in inventory management, ensuring that necessary tools, parts, and consumables are stocked, organized, and available for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• With strong knowledge at MCC toruble shooting.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
