Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) at assigned restaurant branches.
• Attend to maintenance Job Orders and complete repairs based on urgency and required timelines.
• Conduct basic to intermediate troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as grillers, microwaves, upright chillers and freezers, air fryers, counter and table-top chillers, exhaust hoods, and fresh-air systems.
• Handle basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration/chiller, and general facility maintenance.
• Regularly inspect equipment conditions and identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns.
• Help minimize equipment downtime and prevent recurring maintenance concerns.
• Accomplish and maintain accurate PMS checklists, Job Orders, repair reports, and other maintenance records.
• Provide photos, service reports, and supporting documentation when required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Store Operations and the Repair & Maintenance Department.
• Determine when repairs require specialized tools, technical expertise, or third-party contractors and escalate accordingly.
• Provide rotational maintenance support across assigned branches and locations.

Technical Scope

• Electrical: Basic troubleshooting and repair of lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, wiring, motors, and other electrical components.
• Mechanical: Basic inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment components.
• Refrigeration/Chiller: Conduct temperature and pressure checks, cleaning, gasket inspections, airflow checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Plumbing: Perform basic repairs involving water lines, drains, faucets, valves, and leaks within the technician's training and capability.
• General Facilities: Handle minor repairs involving doors, fixtures, shelving, and other routine facility maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational or Technical course; RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) or EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) background is preferred.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in restaurants, food retail, commercial establishments, buildings, or facilities.
• Possesses basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general facility maintenance.
• Experience handling restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage.
• Able to follow PMS procedures, maintenance standards, and technical checklists.
• Willing to travel and provide rotational maintenance support across different branches and locations.
• Capable of properly accomplishing Job Orders, PMS checklists, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle for branch-to-branch maintenance support.
