Aircon Technician with NC III- TESDA

Job Summary

Weathertech Refrigeration & Aircon Co. is looking for a highly skilled Air Conditioning Technician (TESDA NC III) with extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining various air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling all major AC brands and system types, from residential to commercial and industrial applications. The position also requires mentoring and coaching junior technicians to continuously improve the team's technical competency.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

· Diagnose HVAC system failures using proper troubleshooting procedures.

· Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

· Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and system commissioning.

· Perform compressor replacement, evaporator/condenser coil replacement, PCB replacement, expansion valve replacement, and other major repairs.

· Interpret electrical wiring diagrams, refrigeration schematics, and technical manuals.

· Operate HVAC diagnostic tools including manifold gauges, clamp meters, vacuum gauges, recovery machines, nitrogen regulators, megger testers, and leak detectors.

Ensure all repairs comply with company standards and manufacturer recommendations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

· TESDA NC III – Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Servicing (Required)

· At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.

· Valid driver's license (Preferred)

· Physically fit and willing to work onsite and travel to project locations.

· Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs when necessary.
