- Install, maintain, and repair HVLS fans, Solatube systems, and other assigned equipment
- -Supervise and coordinate service activities to ensure quality and safety standards
- -Perform basic to complex troubleshooting and analysis of product malfunctions
- -Provide on-site service and technical customer support during field visits
- -Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- -Prepare service reports and document findings after each job
- -Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and industry best practices
