Aircraft Engine Technician

Location: Changi
Salary: SGD 3,100 monthly

Job duties:

Inspecting Engines: Conduct routine inspections of aircraft engines to identify any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. This includes visual inspections as well as using diagnostic equipment to assess engine performance.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose engine problems by analyzing performance data, conducting tests, and inspecting engine components for defects or irregularities.

Repairing and Overhauling Engines: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to address identified issues and restore engine functionality. This may involve replacing worn or damaged parts, adjusting engine components, and conducting engine overhauls as needed.

Testing and Calibration: Test repaired or overhauled engines to ensure they meet performance specifications and safety standards. Calibrate engine components and systems to optimize performance and efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on aircraft engines, including inspections, repairs, parts replacements, and testing results. This documentation is essential for regulatory compliance and tracking the history of each engine.

Requirement:

• Relevant Engineering or Aerospace work experience (Engine Workshop preferred)
• 2 to 5 years' experience doing repair and engine replacement.
• 1 month notice period
