What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field (Required); Graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT).
- Licensure: Valid AMT / A&P License (CAAP, FAA, or equivalent rating). Specialized ratings (Avionics, Sheet Metal) are a plus.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of actual aircraft maintenance experience (Line or Base). Technical training or school teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in airframe/engine troubleshooting and aviation regulations (PCAR). Excellent classroom management, communication, and safety leadership skills.
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Biñan, Laguna (or nearby areas).
