Aircraft Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day management of procurement process of airline requirements for goods, services and equipment
• Sourcing and supplier selection through competitive bidding process and negotiating for the best product and services in terms of the total cost of ownership
• Ensure conversion of PR to PO within the agreed lead time in adherence to purchasing policies and procedures for quality assurance, timely delivery and payment processing.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials to make informed procurement decisions.
• Conduct regular supplier assessments and participate in supplier development activities to enhance vendor relationships
• Competent in handling procurement process for airlines related goods, services and equipment including familiarization of regulatory

Requirements:

• Bachelo's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Aviation or related field with technical background on Aviation Procurement
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement
