Aircraft Services Coordinator 航班服務指揮主任

We are now looking for the captioned position to join our team.

Job duties:

1. Supervise the team to load / unload aircraft safely, efficiently and follow the Loading Instructions (監督團隊安全、高效地裝卸飛機並遵守裝載說明)
2. Communication with cockpit and cabin crew / boarding gate agent / ramp loading team / flight operation is required (需要與駕駛艙和機組人員/登機口工作人員/裝載團隊/飛行操作團隊進行溝通)
3. Report safety-related incidents to relevant departments in a timely manner (及時向有關部門報告與安全相關事件)
4. Coordinate with other service providers in apron area, such as catering, cabin cleaning, etc., to meet precision flight schedule (與停機坪其他服務商進行協調，如餐飲、機艙清潔等，以確保航班無延誤情況)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Well versed in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• 1-year relevant work experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, well-organized and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Capable in dealing with tight deadline and work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts
• Working hour: 05:00-03:00 (shift required, approx. 9-12 hours per day, weekends and public holidays required)
• Minimum working hour: 240 hours per month
• Fresh graduate with passion in aviation industry and strong communication skill will also be considered.
