Airfreight Export Operation

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Airfreight Export experience within a freight forwarding company.
• Able to independently handle Air Export shipments end-to-end, from booking, AWB preparation, cargo acceptance, and export documentation through billing and job closing.
• Good understanding of Air Export operational processes and shipment requirements.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, overseas agents, airlines, transportation providers, warehouses, and other related parties.
• Able to accurately check shipping documents and shipment details before proceeding.
• Able to check shipment costs, selling rates, vendor invoices, and supporting documents to ensure all charges are captured correctly and prevent operational losses.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple urgent shipments simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good ownership and follow-up until both operational and financial matters are completed.
• Proactive communication skills, with the ability to provide timely shipment updates and escalate potential risks before they impact flight schedules or customers.
• Intermediate English skills for reading, writing emails, and work-related communication with customers and overseas agents.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Responsible, proactive, service-minded, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to support urgent shipments outside normal working hours when operationally necessary, in accordance with company policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Dangerous Goods (DG), or a valid DGR certificate.
• Experience using freight forwarding systems and shipment tracking/reporting tools
