Responsibilities
Track and monitor AOGs in F.A.S.T in real-time
Answer & Handle customer requests
Validate service quotes if necessary
Control administrative documents, forms related to the transport of goods, and content.
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in the Air Freight Import and Export
- Exposure in AOG Operations
- With knowledge in international air transport regulations
- Okay to work in Alabang site
- Available to work in any shift
