Job Description Customer Support Executive (Airlines Process)

1. Position DetailsRole: Customer Support Executive Airlines ProcessLocation: AKR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, BangaloreWork Mode: On-siteShift: Rotational shifts including weekends, nights & holidaysCTC: 36,000 per annum + Performance-based incentives

2. About the Role Handle end-to-end airline customer queriesEnsure world-class travel support experience for passengersSupport across reservations, ticketing, and post-booking services

3. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chatsManage airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling & cancellationsResolve baggage queries, refunds, and other travel-related supportProvide accurate fare information, flight schedules, and ticket statusWork on GDS systems, primarily Amadeus, for reservations & ticketingMaintain high customer satisfaction as per quality & compliance guidelinesUpdate CRM with accurate records of customer interactions & transactionsMeet performance metrics: AHT, FCR, and CSAT

Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduation in any stream MandatoryExperience: Prior experience in Airline Process / Travel Industry preferredTechnical Skills: Knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre Added advantageCommunication: Excellent verbal & written English skillsOther Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer-first approach, ability to work under pressureFlexibility: Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends & night shifts
