Airlines Representative

Position: Airline Ground Service Representative Work Location: KLIA & PENANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Job Responsibilities:

· Represent the airline at the airport and oversee the smooth and safe operation of assigned flights.

· Monitor aircraft arrival, turnaround and departure activities and ensure all ground handling services are performed in accordance with airline and airport procedures.

· Coordinate closely with ground handling agents, airport authorities, ramp operations, catering, baggage, cleaning and other relevant service providers.

· Monitor flight punctuality and promptly report any delays, operational irregularities, safety concerns or emergencies to the airline management and relevant departments.

· Supervise and follow up on the performance of ground handling agents to ensure service standards and operational requirements are met.

· Assist in handling flight delays, cancellations, disruptions, passenger complaints and other irregular operational situations.

· Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve operational issues efficiently and minimise disruption to flight operations.

· Conduct operational checks before, during and after flight handling and ensure necessary arrangements are in place.

· Prepare and submit flight operation reports, incident reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.

· Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu, with good written and reading skills.

· Process strong communication skills and a fast learning ability.
